Installation:
1. Replace “head_002_r.ydd” to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday4ng.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
2. Replace “head_diff_002_a_bla.ytd” to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
load the game
use menyoo
go to model changer
go to multiplayer model
spawn Freemode male
then go to wardrove and change head model to 2
