1. Replace “head_004_r” to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday4ng.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
2. Replace “head_diff_004_a_lat” AND to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
3. Copy “tiger3” file to your (Menyoo folder in MAIN GAME FOLDER) Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Outfit

load the game
use menyoo
go to model changer
go to multiplayer model
spawn Freemode male
then go to wardrove>Outfit>tiger3>Apply Cloathing & Attatchment
